IT Help Desk Analyst - Customer Support (Healthcare)

vTech Solution

vTech is seeking an IT Customer Support Analyst for Health Care Information Systems. The role is 40 hours weekly, 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., Monday–Friday, handling phone support and logging work orders.

The candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in CS/MIS or related field, with 6–12 months in a high-volume help desk, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
