Job Description Job Description Pay: $12.00 - $20.00 per hour Job description: Maintenance Technician Pay: $12–$20 per hour (pay negotiable based on experience) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Weekends on-call Occasional overtime Major holidays off Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of maintenance tasks to keep properties in good working order. Responsibilities Include: General maintenance and repairs HVAC troubleshooting and basic repairs Plumbing repairs Carpentry work Responding to on-call maintenance needs as required Requirements: Must have own tools Must have reliable transportation Maintenance experience preferred (Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance) Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently Experience: Experience is a plus, but not required Pay based on skill level and experience To Apply: Apply by sending your work experience and contact information.
