You’ll draft and negotiate datacenter agreements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help shape scalable legal tools to accelerate contracting. You should have a JD, US bar admission, and 8+ years of relevant legal experience, including in-house work on datacenter or large-scale infra projects.
