Player Services RepresentativeAs a Player Services Representative, you will be the face of guest interaction on the casino floor. You'll handle cash transactions, troubleshoot minor machine issues, and promote current events and amenities. Your role includes maintaining a clean and organized gaming area, staying informed about promotions, and ensuring compliance with gaming regulations. This position requires a proactive, guest-focused attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.ResponsibilitiesProcess e-game jackpots and complete IRS forms (W2G/1042-S) accuratelyAssist guests in locating specific machines and denominationsPerform minor machine repairs (e.g., clearing jams, resolving tilts)Promote a fun, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere for guestsMaintain cleanliness and organization of gaming areasRespond promptly to machine service lights and guest needsStay informed on current promotions, events, and property amenitiesMonitor for underage gaming and report concerns to supervisorsUphold Big 6 standards: Clean, Safe, Comfortable, Quick, Friendly, FunQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED requiredMinimum 6 months of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experienceStrong customer service and cash handling skillsProficient in basic computer operationsDetail-oriented with ability to complete federal and state forms accuratelyAbility to stand and walk for extended periods (7+ hours/day)Comfortable working in smoke-filled and noisy environmentsCapable of lifting up to 25 lbs and performing moderate physical tasksMust obtain and maintain licensing from the appropriate gaming authorityAbout UsDo you like jobs that rock?
