Senior Clerk

Would you like to play a key role ensuring our auto service warranties are processed quickly and efficiently? Servco Toyota Pukoloa is looking for a Senior Clerk to process and reconcile our warranty claims.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately code and process manufacturer's warranty claims
• Make adjustments/corrections on any returned claims and resubmit for processing
• Review repair orders with technician comments and proof for accuracy
• Close repair orders
• Prepare, maintain, and organize files
• Assist customers with early bird drop-off, shuttle service, check-in and promise times
• Assist with training lower level clerks
• Assist the Service Manager and Service Consultants as needed

Requirements:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• A.S. Degree in Auto Technology or Accounting preferred
• Minimum one year of clerical work experience involving warranty claims processing, data entry, or accounting
• Accurate data entry skills including ten-key by touch
• Beginner level Microsoft Access, Word, and Excel skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• DealerTrack knowledge a plus
• Work schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm
