About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and versatile Brand & Digital Campaign Designer to join our team. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of brand governance, multi-channel digital campaign design, and modern creative workflows. We are looking for a hands-on designer that has advanced, native proficiency in Figma (building component libraries, variables/tokens, and template systems) and a strong command of Adobe Creative Cloud. You will also leverage generative AI (such as Adobe Firefly and other leading platforms) to accelerate ideation, exploration, and production workflows while maintaining rigorous creative standards.

(Note: This is a dedicated design execution, system, and campaign role; not a traditional UI/UX designer position.)

Role Breakdown

Your time and focus will be distributed across three core pillars:

• 1/3 Governance: Applying, interpreting, and scaling brand standards, asset libraries, templates, and compliance reviews.
• 1/3 Campaign & Digital: Developing compelling creative across digital marketing channels (web, CRM/email, paid/organic social, display, and campaign landing experiences) and adapting global/regional campaigns for the U.S. market.
• 1/3 Systems & Processes (Figma): Building and maintaining shared component libraries, design systems, and robust file organization in Figma.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Design & Governance: Apply and interpret corporate brand standards across marketing communications and customer touchpoints; ensure consistent implementation of visual identity, typography, imagery, color, and layout. Review creative work for brand accuracy and consistency; identify gaps within existing brand systems and recommend scalable solutions. Translate global brand guidance into practical tools, templates, toolkits, asset libraries, and best-practice documentation for U.S. marketing teams and agency partners.
• Digital Marketing & Campaign Design: Develop multi-channel digital marketing creative across web, email/CRM, social, display, and landing experiences. Adapt global or regional campaigns for the U.S. market as scalable campaign systems rather than isolated executions. Partner cross-functionally with marketers, agencies, and stakeholders to balance creativity, usability, performance objectives, and brand consistency.
• Generative AI & Emerging Creative Workflows: Use generative AI as part of the creative process for ideation, visual exploration, concept development, image generation, iteration, and production support. Help establish responsible, repeatable AI-enabled creative processes that improve speed and experimentation without compromising brand integrity. Critically evaluate AI-generated output rather than treating it as finished creative work.
• Design Systems, Figma & Templates: Use Figma as the primary collaborative design environment to create and maintain scalable templates, component libraries, variables/tokens, and reusable design systems. Maintain strong file organization, naming conventions, documentation, and version control to empower internal teams and agency partners to work efficiently.
• Creative Execution & Production: Produce polished creative from concept through final delivery; adapt, resize, and version campaign assets across formats; prepare accurate, production-ready files. Perform detailed quality control and incorporate legal, compliance, and stakeholder feedback seamlessly.
• Creative Operations & Collaboration: Manage concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment using Monday.com or comparable project-management platforms. Present creative work clearly, articulate design rationale, and advocate for brand and design quality.

Minimum Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of professional experience in brand design, digital marketing design, advertising, integrated marketing, or a related creative discipline.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated visual design, meticulous attention to detail, multi-channel campaign work, and portfolio examples highlighting AI-supported creative exploration or emerging digital workflows.
• Advanced, hands-on proficiency in Figma (collaborative workflows, template systems, component libraries, variables/tokens).
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with generative AI creative tools and workflows (e.g., Adobe Firefly) for ideation, exploration, and production.
• Experience creating templates, playbooks, guidelines, asset libraries, or design systems.
• Strong command of digital design principles, typography, layout, imagery, and responsive design.
• Experience with Monday.com or comparable project-management platforms and enterprise tools (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint).
• Strong communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro, or motion design.
• Experience supporting brand governance or brand-compliance review within a large, multi-team, multi-organization enterprise structure.
• Experience adapting global or regional campaigns specifically for the U.S. market.
