2nd Shift AssemblerAre you mechanically inclined, enjoy working with your hands, and take pride in building quality products? The Armor Group is seeking a 2nd Shift Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will help construct metal enclosures, assemblies, structures, and complex machinery used in a variety of industrial applications. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where teamwork, craftsmanship, and attention to detail are valued, we'd like to hear from you.What You'll DoAssemble metal enclosures, structures, and mechanical assemblies ranging from simple components to complex equipmentFasten parts using bolts, screws, rivets, and other hardwareRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructionsCut, align, fit, and rivet structural metal componentsPerform caulking, paint preparation, and final assembly tasksInstall trim pieces, accessories, and enclosure componentsUse a variety of hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment to complete assembliesInspect work for quality and accuracy throughout the manufacturing processClean and prepare completed units for shipmentMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaSupport additional projects and duties as assignedWhat We're Looking ForHigh School Diploma or GED requiredTechnical or vocational training preferredPrevious assembly, manufacturing, fabrication, or construction experience preferredAbility to read blueprints, schematics, and measuring devicesStrong mechanical aptitude and metal construction skillsWelding experience or certifications are a plusAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and commitment to meeting production schedulesDedication to workplace safety and quality workmanshipAbility to work 330p-2a M-TH with OT likely on FridaysWhy Join The Armor Group?At The Armor Group, our employees are committed to delivering exceptional results by living our core values: Customer Focused Passionate About Work Solution Oriented Driven by Integrity.
