We’re hiring an Assistant Buyer, Paid Social Media to join our One Marketplace team. This role is a great fit for someone with a naturally curious mind, is resourceful, and has a love for numbers and genuine desire to build a career in paid social media. Please note this role requires a candidate have proximity to our NY office. We offer a hybrid work setting with employees working both onsite and from home. Assistants are in the office an average of two - three days a week for training, collaboration, and overall learning. This Assistant Buyer, Social Media should possess an eagerness to learn a new and rapidly evolving craft in the Digital Media space, specifically Social Media channels. This role is a great fit for someone who is resourceful, a curious problem-solver, and enjoys working with numbers and data. You should be goal oriented and enjoy seeing your actions make noticeable impact on a larger project or campaign. You must be methodical, detail oriented and thrive when presented new challenges to work through. This role will report to a Buyer and Supervisor and will support with the on-going planning, execution, optimization and reporting for clients. Assist the team with identifying and managing paid social campaigns Daily media campaign management across several social platforms, including: Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Reddit. Strategize social media tactics, technology and make budget recommendations. Utilize your analytical skills to interpret campaign performance and provide creative optimizations. Troubleshoot issues and making recommendations. REQUIREMENTS 3+ months of hands-on experience in execution & optimization of digital media campaigns with a focus in Paid Social is desired A strong interest in the advertising, media planning/buying industry, and paid media Analytical skills, both the ability to interpret overall social performance and paid campaign performance (within and beyond KPIs of social platforms) A passionate, resourceful, curious problem-solver Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Enjoy and understand working with data, numbers (especially via Microsoft Excel) Entrepreneurial attitude: You’re excited at the idea of building the agency with new tools, ideas and opportunities Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Salary range is $45k - $48k, commensurate with experience. Compensation is determined on the skills, qualifications, certifications, tenure in the industry and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position.
