Details for 2nd shift Production Supervisor | Manufacturing position:

• $21-23 / Hour

• 2:30pm-11pm (Will train on 1st shift 2-3 weeks)

• Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Job Duties for Shipping Supervisor | Manufacturing position:

• Lead and oversee a small team of production workers during the 2nd shift, serving as the primary management presence on-site for the majority of the shift

• Overseeing and coordinating the shipping and receiving operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods

• Supervising and training warehouse staff and shipping personnel to ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations

• Managing shipping documentation including bills of lading, customs paperwork, and inventory records

• Ensuring proper packaging, labeling, and handling of products to prevent damage during transit

• Collaborating with carriers, vendors, and other departments to schedule shipments and resolve any logistical issues

• Follow all policies and safety procedures in place

• Completes any other related tasks as needed

Qualifications for Shipping Supervisor | Manufacturing position:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Supervisor, quality, or manufacturing experience preferred

• Pass tape measure reading test

• Ability to stand for duration of shift

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
