Prerequisites Must be a US citizen Must Reside in the DMV Area (DC, Maryland, Virginia) Must have a minimum of 5+ years Experience Bachelor's Degree Preferred PLEASE NOTE No C2C Opportunities Background check is Mandatory for the position General Job Description: Provides enterprise network engineering, administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and operational support services across hybrid infrastructure and cloud-connected environments. Supports network operations, connectivity, performance optimization, operational continuity, and escalation support activities aligned to enterprise operational and modernization requirements. Key Responsibilities Support enterprise network operations and administration activities Perform network monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident resolution Support routing, switching, VPN, firewall, and cloud-connected network environments Assist with network performance optimization and operational maintenance Support hybrid cloud networking and connectivity operations Coordinate operational escalations and outage resolution activities Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and operational procedures Support network security and operational compliance activities Assist with implementation of network upgrades and infrastructure improvementsSupport operational continuity and preventative maintenance activities Qualifications 5+ years supporting enterprise network operations and engineering environments Experience supporting Cisco or enterprise-class network infrastructure Familiarity with hybrid cloud networking and VPN technologies preferred Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools Knowledge of routing, switching, firewalls, and network protocols Experience supporting federal or regulated operational environments preferred Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills CCNA or equivalent networking certification preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
