Work Environment

Situated in the beautiful Roseville area, our rehabilitation center offers an onsite work setting where employees collaborate closely to enhance patient experiences and outcomes. The physical therapist's schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing ample time for meaningful patient interaction while promoting work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to determine suitable treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment programs, utilizing manual therapy techniques, modalities, and exercise prescriptions.
• Maintain accurate and current clinical documentation in alignment with office protocols, ensuring clarity and compliance.
• Uphold a high standard of professionalism and patient-centered care by engaging with patients compassionately and effectively.
• Communicate clearly with patients about their progress, encouraging adherence to treatment and answering any questions they may have.
• Actively manage your schedule to optimize patient care delivery, ensuring timely follow-ups and efficient use of resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work primarily with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Your expertise will be essential in helping these patients overcome rehabilitation challenges and achieve their health goals, enhancing their quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is mandatory; however, a Master's or Doctorate degree is strongly preferred.
• Active California Physical Therapist license in good standing.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a similar setting with a strong focus on hands-on patient care.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT.

Preferred Experience

Preference will be given to candidates who have demonstrated a strong commitment to continuing education and professional development, as well as those who exhibit advanced skills in specialized treatment modalities. Experience in a team-oriented practice setting will also be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 110,000 to 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and skill set. In addition to a robust salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
