Maintenance Manager

About the Company Our client is a growing manufacturer in Lewisville, Texas, making custom products for companies such as Pepsi, Academy, Walmart, and many others. Job Details Position: Permanent Maintenance Manager Location: Lewisville, Texas Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 am - 3:00 pm Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) Responsibilities Oversee maintenance and repair of all machinery and equipment, including conveyor systems, motors, forklifts, and other industrial machinery. Manage the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track and schedule all maintenance work. Lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, support, and ensuring proper training and equipment. Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and lifespan. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues using expertise in pneumatics, hydraulics, welding, and TIG. Manage the maintenance budget, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards, fostering a culture of safety within the maintenance team. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and improve overall operational efficiency. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in an industrial maintenance role, preferably in the engineering industry. Demonstrated expertise in maintenance and repair of industrial machinery and equipment. Proficiency in using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Strong technical skills, including experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, welding, TIG, and electrical troubleshooting. Experience managing a team of maintenance technicians. Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail. Knowledge of safety regulations and standards in an industrial manufacturing environment. Good communication and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A degree or diploma in a relevant field, such as mechanical or electrical engineering (asset).
