This role focuses on content creation, social media management, paid social support, and community engagement, while assisting with promotional communications, performance tracking, and campaign execution.Essential Duties and TasksManage and execute social media activities across all major platformsPlan, schedule, publish, and optimize organic social contentExecute paid social boosting and advertising to support campaignsMonitor platform/industry trends and audience behavior to inform content strategyTrack and analyze performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvementBuild and maintain relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and ProStaff members via social channelsCoordinate content creation, posting schedules, and campaign participation with influencers and ProStaffManage ProStaff and influencer databases, ensuring accurate records and performance trackingEngage directly with the social media community within the industry to strengthen brand loyaltyDistribute promotional email campaignsAssist with distributing press releases when necessaryCollaborate with internal teams on content direction, campaign messaging, and brand initiativesPerform additional duties as required to support the department's effective operation.Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field0-2 years experience in digital marketing and communicationsDemonstrated success in managing integrated marketing campaignsExperience supporting, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns and initiativesExposure to content development, campaign performance tracking, and internal collaborationQualificationsStrong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analyticsSocial media management expertiseExperience with social media management and scheduling toolsWorking knowledge of digital advertising and paid social campaignsCreative thinking with and understanding of brand voice and audience engagementExceptional written and verbal communicationStrong project management and organizational skillsStrategic thinking and analytical capabilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities effectivelyDetail-oriented with data-driven mindsetWork Environment & Physical RequirementsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
