Your Responsibilities:

Yes, you'll be diagnosing, drilling, and dazzling patients with your clinical skillsbut let's be real, we're looking for more than just a steady hand and a sharp eye. Qualifications:

You've got the degree (DMD or DDSwe don't play favorites), an active license with no drama attached, and a chairside manner that puts people at ease before they even sit down. You're a confident communicator, a natural leader, and a team player who treats patients like peoplenot procedures. If you've got clinical chops, a collaborative spirit, and compassion baked into everything you do, we already like your style.

• Active AR dental license (in good standing, no disciplinary actions)
