Accounts Payable Manager

A financial services firm is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager . This role is hybrid. Description Oversee AP staff and ensure accurate, timely invoice processing and payments. Maintain vendor records and build strong relationships to resolve issues and ensure on‑time payments. Review and process employee expenses, ensuring policy compliance and proper documentation. Payments Prepare and execute payments (checks, ACH, wires) in line with approvals and controls. Month‑End Close Support, generate ad hoc reports and support audits and compliance requirements. Process Improvement Enhance AP processes. Collaboration with cross functional teams such as procurement. Requirements 5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable Must have managerial experience AP Experience in the financial services industry is required Bachelor's is preferred The annual base salary range is $120,000 to $140,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
