Position Overview

Join our clients exceptional Hospice care team as a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) serving Pittsburgh and nearby communities. This full-time opportunity offers a supportive work environment, comprehensive benefits, and the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and their families. In this role, you will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, high-quality hospice care while managing patient plans and documentation with excellence.

Required Qualifications

Associate degree or higher in Nursing
Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Pennsylvania
Minimum of 2 years of Hospice nursing experience
At least 1 year of experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
- Experience with TruChart EHR or other EMR systems is acceptable
Valid Drivers License , reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
Ability and willingness to travel locally
Comfort using tablets, mobile devices, and clinical software

Preferred Qualifications

RN license number provided at time of application

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to manage and deliver individualized patient care plans
Provide hospice nursing care to patients throughout Pittsburgh and surrounding areas
Ensure timely, accurate charting and documentation in compliance with care standards
Effectively manage time, scheduling, and patient visits independently
Utilize EMR systems and mobile technology to support efficient care delivery

Schedule & Travel

Full-time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Shared on-call coverage for holidays (approximately two holidays per year )
Local travel required
