Local Team Collaboration: Join our close-knit team of 1 physicians and 6 CRNAs at OSF St. Francis. Work in a supportive culture with the ability to practice at the top of your license. Qualifications: Board-Certified Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA). Interest in practicing at the top of your license in a supportive, team-based setting. New graduates are welcome to apply. Completion of training, board certification, and an unrestricted APRN license to be granted before the start of employment. Scheduling: Full-time opportunity. Monday - Thursday 7a - 4p. Shared call - average is 1:6. Key Responsibilities: Manage bread and butter cases, regionals, and OB/GYN. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a family-like culture where camaraderie is key. The town boasts waterfront parks and beaches in the summer and snowmobiling and ice fishing in the winter. Rewards and Compensation: Yearly compensation: W2 - $285,000. Sign-on bonus offered. Relocation available. 8 weeks STO.
