MBI Inc. is looking for a smart, organized, hardworking and versatile Purchasing Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyzing inventory levels to determine appropriate order quantities
• Quoting and ordering product
• Writing purchase orders
• Tracking inventory
• Proofing product materials
• Communicating with vendors

Qualifications:

• Detail-oriented
• Strong organizational, communication and quantitative skills
• Versatility to handle many on-going projects simultaneously
• Working knowledge of Excel
• Bachelor's degree
