Georgia Spa Company is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Professional to join our Macon, GA showroom. As one of the nation's premier Hot Spring® Spas retailers, we're passionate about helping people create healthier, happier lives through wellness and relaxation.

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking motivated professionals who are passionate about helping customers while achieving exceptional personal success.

Successful candidates are:

• Competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by performance
• Experienced in commission-based sales (2+ years preferred)
• Strong communicators with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Dedicated to delivering an outstanding customer experience
• Passionate about building long-term customer relationships
• Positive team players who celebrate the success of others
• Self-motivated, energetic, and dependable
• Able to work weekends (scheduled days off are typically consecutive and occur Monday through Thursday)
• Possess reliable transportation, valid auto insurance, and a good driving record

Previous sales experience in industries such as furniture, home improvement, automotive, mattresses, retail, cosmetics, real estate, or other consultative sales environments is highly valued.

No spa or sauna experience? No problem. We provide comprehensive product and sales training to help you succeed from day one.

What You'll Do

As a Sales Professional, you will:

• Build relationships with customers by understanding their lifestyle and wellness goals
• Educate customers on our premium products and services
• Conduct in-home consultations when needed
• Follow our proven sales process and customer follow-up system
• Meet and exceed individual and company sales goals
• Participate in ongoing product and sales training
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience before, during, and after the sale
• Represent Georgia Spa Company with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm
