Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for Florida licensure.
  • SLP-CF and SLP-CCC applicants welcomed.
  • Previous school-based experience preferred but not required.
  • Exceptional organization, documentation, and time-management abilities.
  • Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and deliver speech and language therapy tailored to students’ IEPs.
  • Develop innovative and engaging treatment plans to support student growth.
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings, collaborating with educators and families.
  • Update progress notes and maintain accurate, timely records as required.
  • Foster an inclusive, positive learning environment for all students.
  • Share expertise and consult with staff to maximize student outcomes.
