Overview Hourly rate ranges from $18.30 - $18.55 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience. Support the Store Manager in the various tasks involved in the overall operation of a store. Ensure maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage. Oversee all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with Company policies and procedures. Qualifications Minimum age requirement: 18. Prior retail and/or management experience is required. The physical demands of the job include standing, walking, climbing ladders for more than 8 hours and lifting up to 50 pounds.
