Shift Manager

Overview A Shift Manager will lead crew during weekly shifts, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service while upholding McDonald’s Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards. The role includes planning shifts, monitoring performance, ensuring safety and profitability, and preparing the next Shift Manager for a smooth transition. Responsibilities Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Qualifications Must be 18 years or older and have prior leadership experience, preferably in restaurant, retail or hospitality settings. Must be a positive team player with a flexible schedule and a passion for operating in a fast‑paced environment.
