Speech and Language Pathologist in Carlisle, PA

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid and current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Pennsylvania
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• Previous school-based or pediatric SLP experience is advantageous
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to students across multiple buildings for both the ESY summer session (4 full days per week) and during the regular school year (5 full days per week)
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and document student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student communication needs and IEP goals
• Provide direct and consultative services tailored to each student's unique abilities
• Maintain clear and timely records consistent with school and professional standards
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure comprehensive student support
