Associate Veterinarian – Integrative Medicine

Southlake Animal Hospital | Merrillville, IN

$80,000–$100,000 Base + Production (ProSal) + Bonuses
4-Day Work Week | NO Weekends | Mentorship + Holistic Training

Your Schedule (Yes, It's Actually This Good)

Monday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday OFF + NO WEEKENDS

What You'll Be Doing

Practice a blend of traditional + integrative medicine
Build strong, lasting relationships with clients who value your recommendations
Diagnose and manage a wide range of small animal cases
Perform routine surgeries and dentistry (no pressure for emergency surgery)
Collaborate with a supportive, team-first environment

Compensation & Growth

$80,000–$100,000 base salary + ProSal production

What We're Looking For

DVM (or equivalent) eligible for Indiana licensure
Interest in integrative medicine (experience is a plus, not required)
Strong communication skills and a client-focused mindset
