Job Description
Pay Rate: $19/ hr Pay Rate Range: $19- $85/ hr Meet Your Recruiter Escondido Branch

- Conduct routine foot or vehicle patrols to prevent theft, vandalism, and trespassing.
- Monitor entry points, verify authorized personnel, and manage visitor logs.
- React swiftly to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies, and enforce escalation procedures when necessary.
- A valid California BSIS Gaurd Card (Unarmed) is required.
- Strong situational awareness, de-escalation tactics, and professional customer service skills.
- Dependability, with the ability to work overnight (graveyard) or swing shifts if the location requires it.
