AristaCare Health Services, a growing family of skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities across New Jersey and Pennsylvania, is seeking a Regional Director of Nursing (DON) to support nursing operations across all 10 of its buildings. The Regional Director of Nursing (DON) works alongside a second Regional DON, with responsibilities divided across the portfolio — this is a true regional leadership role, free of in-building DON responsibilities. Known for beautifully appointed facilities, state-of-the-art technology, and a hands-on, open-door culture, AristaCare offers the Regional Director of Nursing (DON) a chance to shape clinical excellence organization-wide. Prior nursing home experience is required.

Regional Director of Nursing (DON) Duties
Provide clinical oversight and support across all 10 AristaCare facilities
Partner with the second Regional Director of Nursing (DON), with distinct responsibilities at each building
Support facility-level DONs with clinical systems, quality initiatives, and survey readiness
Mentor and develop building nursing leadership
Travel regularly between facilities in New Jersey and Pennsylvania
Regional Director of Nursing (DON) Compensation and Schedule
Salary: $180,000 per year
Full-time, with regional travel
Based in Central New Jersey
Regional Director of Nursing (DON) Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Director of Nursing (DON) experience required; prior Regional DON or multi-facility experience strongly preferred
Must have experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) / long-term care (LTC) setting
