Our organization is thrilled to invite a Urologist to become part of our expanding team in Wheeling, West Virginia. The new urologist will join a collaborative network aimed at addressing the growing patient needs in the community. While all subspecialty interests are welcomed, this role is particularly suited for a general urologist who appreciates a diverse range of practice. Given the current underserved population, this position offers a swift increase in patient volume and the chance to influence the future of urologic care in the area.

Practice Highlights:

• General urology position with opportunities for subspecialization within a general framework
• Call schedule of about 7 days per month, including one weekend

• Strong support from Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) with additional hires planned
• Collaborative environment with support from both administrative and clinical leadership
• High patient demand with a quick ramp-up period
• Diverse case mix including general urology, robotics, oncology, endourology, FPMRS, and reconstruction
• Clinic volume of approximately 20-25 patients daily
• Combination of outpatient clinic, inpatient care, and surgical duties
• Opportunity to contribute to the development of a more integrated, system-wide urology program
• Employed compensation structure featuring wRVU productivity, sign-on and quality bonuses, along with a comprehensive benefits package
