Full time or Part time

Location: Remote

Core Qualifications

1–3+ years experience as a Medical Scribe (preferably in outpatient or telehealth settings)
Preferably a nurse/nursing graduate
Hands-on experience with AdvancedMD (charting, templates, order entry, workflows)
Strong understanding of medical terminology , especially in mental health / behavioral health
HPI, ROS, MSE, Assessment & Plan
Medication lists and changes
Accurate ICD-10 and CPT support (basic level is fine)
Excellent typing speed (60+ WPM) with high accuracy
Strong listening and comprehension skills during live patient encounters
Experience in psychiatry / behavioral health documentation
Familiarity with common psychiatric medications
Experience supporting telehealth workflows (Zoom)
Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and documentation standards
