We'll provide comprehensive paid training and give you a raise once you've completed the program.
You Will Get
- Pay includes base pay with referral commission
- Paid training with evidence-based strength training equipment ($400 cash value)

- No work on Sundays

- Hands-on training and support for fitness coaching
As a Certified Exercise Coach at The Exercise Coach, you will deliver One-on-One and Small Group exercise instruction to clients of all ages.
- Conducting initial consultations
- Lead individual and small-group exercise sessions
- Track fitness results for clients and lead client education
- Grow the business through selling monthly and package sessions
- Measure success by tracking studio metrics
- Personable, encouraging, and enthusiastic
- Phone call within 24 hours
- Offer letter and coffee with the owner in 7 days
- This opening is for a new Exercise Coach studio opening. The Exercise Coach is where coaching meets cutting-edge strength technology, empowering trainers to deliver smarter, safer, and more impactful workouts in less time. Our high tech Exerbotics training equipment turns you into a smarter, more effective trainer—giving you real-time feedback, precise control, and the tools to coach clients with a level of insight most gyms can’t touch.
