In-Home Sales Representative

Location: Central Jersey, NJ
Compensation: $100,000+ annually (100% Commission | Uncapped Earnings)

The Basic Companies Co. is an award-winning home remodeling company specializing in bathroom remodeling, kitchens, basements, waterproofing, flooring, plumbing, and more. We're looking for a motivated sales professional to help homeowners transform their homes while building a rewarding career.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting with homeowners, building relationships, and closing sales. We provide pre-qualified appointments , so you can focus on selling—not prospecting.

What You'll Do

Meet with homeowners for scheduled in-home consultations
Present customized bathroom remodeling solutions
Use our iPad-based sales system to create designs and proposals
Educate customers on products and financing options
Build trust, provide pricing, and close sales
Participate in ongoing sales training

What We're Looking For

Sales experience preferred (in-home or outside sales)
Home improvement experience is a plus
Strong communication and closing skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Reliable transportation
