Deliver care via telemedicine and in-person visits with hybrid flexibility. Collaborate with mid-level clinicians (optional) as part of a multidisciplinary team. Qualifications Fully licensed in the state of Ohio, BE/BC, unencumbered DEA. Experience treating Adults, Children, or Lifespan. Compensation & Benefits Top compensation over $350,000, with no cap on earnings. Sign-on bonus. Full benefits package: health, dental, vision, life, 401k (with match), parental leave, EAP and more.
