Primary Responsibilities

Answer and manage incoming agency phone calls, providing prompt and professional customer service.

Present, explain, and review insurance coverage options with clients.

Preparation of Quotes

oAuto Insurance

oHome Insurance

oCommercial Insurance

oUmbrella Insurance

Manage quote follow-up activities and renewal re-quote opportunities.

Process new business policies through issuance.

Order and maintain office supplies.

Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely completion of policy transactions.

Support Responsibilities

Assist with phone call intake and client service requests.

Provide administrative support and help maintain office organization.

Support agency marketing initiatives, community events, and local outreach activities.

Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive client experience.

Future Development Opportunity:
