Unlock your potential as a Behavior Intervention Specialist for the 25/26 school year in a dynamic, supportive school community near Maple Grove, MN! This full-time onsite opportunity is ideal for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), licensed Special Education Teacher, or School Social Worker ready to make a difference by providing specialized support across two to three school sites in the Blaine area.

In this highly collaborative, contract-based position, you'll join forces with an experienced team, including another Behavior Intervention Specialist and a Special Education Administrator. Your passion for student success will shine as you develop and implement positive behavioral strategies, consult with multidisciplinary teams, and coach staff to promote student well-being and growth.

Key Qualifications:

• Must be a BCBA, licensed School Social Worker, or Special Education Teacher with a current Minnesota Tier 3 or 4 Special Education license (Tier 1 and 2 not eligible unless independently sponsored)
• Experience in behavior intervention or special education preferred
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and crisis management skills
• Ability to travel between assigned school sites as necessary
• Highly organized, adaptable, and able to maintain composure in stressful situations

Core Responsibilities:

• Consult and collaborate with school teams to implement evidence-based behavior interventions
• Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments
• Develop and support the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide training and consultative support to staff on behavioral strategies
• Utilize data-driven approaches to monitor and enhance student outcomes
• Ensure safety and adherence to all school policies and procedures
• Respond effectively to crisis situations, when required
