Our client, provides offshore staffing solutions designed to help organizations build scalable teams, optimize operations, and access global talent. They are looking for an accomplished sales leader who can develop new business, establish market authority, and create tailored human-capital solutions for clients across the United States.

We’re hiring for a Sales Lead to own the end-to-end growth strategy, business development, and revenue generation for a high-growth market segment in the United States.

\n

\n

What You Will Do

\n

\n
• Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy focused on acquiring new enterprise and mid-market clients.
\n
• Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, outreach, solution development, contract negotiation, and closing, while maintaining prospect activity in HubSpot.
\n
• Build strategic partnerships with relevant industry associations, technology platforms, and other organizations to create sustainable referral and lead-generation channels.
\n
• Serve as an industry subject matter expert, staying ahead of trends including AI, technology transformation, compliance, data security, and evolving workforce models.
\n
• Partner with recruitment and operations teams to design customized offshore staffing solutions that address clients’ specific operational and talent requirements.
\n
• Work with Account Managers and Growth Managers to strengthen client retention and identify opportunities to expand existing accounts.
\n
• Act as the bridge between US market requirements and offshore delivery teams, ensuring the talent pool and delivery model align with clients’ technical, security, compliance, and operational expectations.
\n
• Represent at industry conferences, client meetings, presentations, and other strategic market events.
\n

What We’re Looking For

\n

\n
• 8+ years of professional experience, including at least 5 years of relevant industry experience or experience selling BPO, staffing, outsourcing, or workforce solutions.
\n
• A demonstrated track record of developing new business and managing complex enterprise and mid-market sales cycles.
\n
• An established professional network and strong familiarity with US decision-makers, organizational structures, and buying processes.
\n
• Strong understanding of offshore staffing and global delivery models, with the ability to clearly communicate their operational and financial value.
\n
• Experience addressing data security, compliance, confidentiality, and operational requirements when developing client solutions.
\n
• Exceptional presentation, relationship-building, negotiation, and executive-level communication skills.
\n
• Ability to collaborate across sales, recruiting, operations, account management, and offshore delivery teams.
\n
• Willingness to travel approximately 25–40% for conferences, industry events, presentations, and client meetings.
