- Create and manage preventive maintenance schedules.
- Plan and schedule maintenance work orders in the CMMS.
- Prepare job plans, labor estimates, and material requirements.
- Track PM compliance and maintenance backlog.
- Organize and maintain maintenance storeroom inventory.
- Review and optimize spare parts levels.
- Create and maintain parts records in CMMS.
- Track inventory usage and reorder points. Work with vendors to source maintenance materials and spare parts.
