Urology opening near Colorado Springs, CO Located in Pueblo, CO - Colorado Springs 42mFull-time, PermanentAn established and high-volume urology practice in Colorado is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist to join a collaborative and growing team. Offers the ability to practice comprehensive general urology in a technologically advanced environment with strong clinical support and immediate patient demand.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive general urologic care to adult patients
• Evaluate, diagnose, and surgically treat urologic conditions
• Perform procedures in both outpatient and hospital settings
• Participate in hospital call rotation for consults and emergencies
• Collaborate with an established team of urologists and community providers
• Utilize advanced surgical technology, including robotic-assisted systems
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation using Epic EMR
• Deliver patient-centered care aligned with quality and safety standards
Technology & Clinical Support
• Access to 2 DaVinci XI robotic systems
• Robotics expansion planned for 2026
• Aquablation technology anticipated in 2026
• Robust clinical and administrative support staff
• Integrated EMR platform (Epic)
Schedule & Call
• Standard full-time schedule
• Hospital call rotation shared among urology team
• Weekend coverage as assigned through rotating call schedule
• Estimated 1:4 to 1:6 rotation
Compensation & Benefits Compensation
• Annual salary range: $550,000 – $610,000
• Immediate productivity bonus potential above guaranteed base

Requirements
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology (within 5 years of residency)
• Active Colorado medical license or willingness to obtain
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• DEA required prior to start
• Current NPDB Self-Query report required
• Colorado licensure required prior to start date
• Strong interest in team collaboration and program growth preferred
