Allgemeine Informationen Krisenmanagement gilt als Kaiserdisziplin der Unternehmensführung. Entsprechend hoch sind die Anforderungen, die an Nachwuchs- und Führungskräfte in diesem Bereich gestellt werden. Auch der Krisennavigator rekrutiert daher am oberen Ende der Leistungsskala. Voraussetzung für eine Bewerbung sind sehr gute Leistungen in den vorherigen Lebensabschnitten, sehr hohe Motivation und professionelle Einsatzbereitschaft – gelegentlich auch am Wochenende. Junior‑Trainee (m/w/d): Teilnahme an einem zweijährigen Traineeprogramm (Krisenforschung, Krisenberatung, Krisentraining, Kriseninformation). Senior‑Trainee (m/w/d): Für Akademiker mit 3–5 Jahren Berufserfahrung im unternehmensnahen Bereich. Arbeitszeit kann nach Probezeit auf 18 bzw. 12 Monate verkürzt werden. Projektmanager (m/w/d): Für Berufserfahrene Akademiker mit 5–8 Jahren Berufserfahrung und umfangreicher Krisen- und Beratungserfahrung sowie nachgewiesener Akquiseerfahrung. Werkstudent (m/w/d): Studierende der Universität Kiel/Hamburg oder Fachhochschule Kiel/Hamburg, mit abgeschlossener Berufsausbildung, im Vorlesungszeitraum Teilzeit, außerhalb Vorlesungszeit Vollzeit.
