Associate Manager

The Associate Manager will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the business. This includes managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining financial records. Key Responsibilities: Assist the General Manager in managing staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing customer complaints and resolving issues Maintain financial records, including cash handling, inventory management, and budgeting Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase sales Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in a management role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software #J-18808-Ljbffr Golden Corral
