Quality Control SupervisorThe Quality Control Supervisor will lead quality assurance and control efforts within a lab/manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements, while driving continuous improvement across processes, materials, and finished products.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the QC laboratory, including team management, scheduling, and testing activitiesServe as the technical liaison between sites and support internal teams and customersEnsure compliance with GMP, ISO 9001, and other applicable standards (FSSC, EFfCI, RSPO, etc.)Oversee audits, including customer and regulatory inspectionsManage lab budget and quality programs (stability, sample retain, SOPs)Review quality data, investigate non-conformances, and implement corrective actionsApprove final product batch releaseQualificationsBachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field (or equivalent experience)3+ years leading QC, QA, or R&D teams in manufacturingExperience in GMP-regulated environmentsExperience with stability programs, Lean/Six Sigma, and statistical tools (e.g., Minitab)Salary Range: $110,000-$125,000Benefits:401k OfferingHealth, dental, and vision, life, short/long term disability insurancePaid time off and holidays (120 hours PTO)Paid sick leave where applicable by state law.Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled
