Summary We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to customers and business partners in a fast-paced logistics environment. This position is responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, monitoring delivery activity, and ensuring accurate order processing. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and customer-focused with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering outstanding service.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers and business partners via phone and email
• Handle customer concerns and complaints in a calm and professional manner
• Diagnose, assess, and resolve customer issues efficiently
• Monitor the progress of delivery routes and provide updates as needed
• Scan haul-away pods and verify required stamps and documentation
• Process delivery order changes, updates, and cancellations
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, drivers, and customers
• Prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
• Support daily logistics and customer service operations

Job Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part

Base Pay: 20.00 per HOUR
