Family Law AttorneyWe are seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join the team and handle diverse domestic relations matters, with mentorship, training, and opportunities for professional growth.Roles and ResponsibilitiesManage family law matters including divorce, legal separation, custody, parenting time, child support, spousal maintenance, and related issues.Advise clients, assess legal needs, develop case strategies, and provide clear, client focused guidance.Draft and argue pleadings, motions, temporary orders, enforcement actions, post decree modifications, and settlement agreements.Manage discovery, disclosures, interrogatories, requests for production, and depositions; represent clients at hearings, mediations, and trials.Maintain accurate case files, stay current with Arizona family law and procedural rules, and collaborate effectively with attorneys, paralegals, and staff.QualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active, good standing membership with the Arizona State Bar.Strong knowledge of family law and the ability to analyze complex legal issues and apply Arizona statutes and case law.Experience with family law litigation, including divorce, custody, support, motions, discovery, and depositions; training is available.Excellent written and oral advocacy, negotiation, case management, and client communication skills.Strong professionalism, ethics, attention to deadlines, teamwork, and sensitivity when working with clients facing challenging family matters.Compensation and BenefitsCompetitive compensation based on experience and qualifications.Hybrid work arrangement.Mentorship and ongoing professional training.Opportunities for career advancement and continuous learning.Collaborative, high performance team environment with supportive attorneys and staff.
