Position Overview

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join a patient-focused team providing comprehensive outpatient primary care to adult patients.

Schedule & Work-Life Balance

• Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• No weekends
• No hospital call required

Clinical Workflow

• Average of approximately 24 patients per day
• Outpatient primary care focused on adult patients

Compensation

• Guaranteed base salary of $120,000

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to adult patients
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic testing
• Provide preventive and wellness care
• Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Utilize AI-assisted technology to improve documentation efficiency
• Educate patients regarding treatment plans, medications, and preventative health

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Current APRN/NP license eligible for practice in Florida
• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
• National certification through an appropriate recognized certifying body
• Primary care or Internal Medicine experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
