Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Florida Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Outpatient physical therapy experience required, including evaluation and plan of care development.
• Experience with documentation, goal writing, functional assessments, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement functional treatment programs focused on return to community activities.
• Ability to supervise and delegate to therapy assistants and students. Participation in student education preferred.
• Demonstrated commitment to professional development and adherence to state Practice Act and discipline-specific codes of conduct.
• Preferred: Experience in split-location outpatient coverage or working across multiple clinic sites.

• Facility Type: Outpatient.
• Shift Pattern: 5x8 schedule.
• Duration: 13 week assignment.
• Split location coverage: 3 days per week in Royal Palm Beach location; candidate may be required to float between clinic sites within the region.
