Team OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Baltic, SD by HMD Trucking
$25 per hourHMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights at home

- Empty Miles: Paid at the same CPM as loaded miles (company drivers only)
- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $25 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
Drive coast-to-coast as part of a two-driver CDL A Dry Van team hauling freight nationwide with HMD Trucking.
Enjoy late-model tractors (under 3 years old) equipped with APUs, inverters, and comfortable sleepers, backed by our dedicated in-house maintenance support.
What You’ll Do:
- Haul dry van freight on long-haul team routes
- Coordinate seamless driver rotations and handoffs
- Comply with FMCSA and company safety standards
- Keep accurate logs and maintain equipment
- Communicate proactively with dispatch
