I opened my agency in 2015 and currently have a close-knit team of two team members. Ive been in the insurance industry since 2003 and was recruited by State Farm in 2014, bringing years of experience and a strong customer-first mindset into agency ownership.

We enjoy staying involved locally and giving back to our community whenever we can. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.

• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
