Responsibilities Establish and maintain customer relationships, following up as needed. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about insurance options. Assist the agent in establishing and achieving marketing goals. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market suitable products and services. Maintain a strong work ethic and a commitment to success daily. Compensation Salary plus commission/bonus Requirements Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, listening). Enthusiasm for the role of insurance and financial products in helping people manage risks and achieve their dreams. People-oriented with strong organizational skills. Self-motivated and able to work in a team environment. Ability to make presentations to potential customers. Capability to conduct interviews in the office and at customers' homes or businesses. Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain). Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).
