If you are a talented, passionate clinician looking to make a real difference in the recovery community, the Avenues family warmly welcomes you!Now Hiring Behavioral Health Technicians for all shifts (First: 7am - 3:30 pm, Second: 3pm - 11:30pm, and Third: 11pm - 7:30am) for our Detox and Residential treatment facility, located in Indianapolis, IN.What You'll DoManage all daily residential operations (i.e. Intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications etc.)Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilitiesEscalate any concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health TechnicianOversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environmentEnsure client and BHT compliance to all Avenues rules, policies and proceduresWhat We're Looking ForHigh School diploma or GED preferredValid driver's license and CPR certification preferredIf in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Warm, empathetic personality with ability to set firm boundaries Dignified, honest character which models recovery principles Why Join Us?Avenues features a rich, enjoyable workplace culture where each employee is valued and greatness is pursued.
