This is an ideal opportunity for an EHS leader who enjoys building, influencing, and creating structure in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. The successful candidate will own the company’s EHS roadmap across a multi-site manufacturing network, ensuring OSHA and environmental compliance, driving risk reduction initiatives, partnering closely with plant leadership, and shaping the future of the organization’s safety culture. We’re seeking a hands-on, self-directed professional who thrives wearing multiple hats, is comfortable in working in fast-paced and agile environments, and can translate strategy into practical action. Experience in manufacturing or consumer products is highly valued, along with a strong command of federal and state EHS regulations and a passion for leading change through influence and collaboration.
