AR Specialist

Your attention to detail makes a difference! In this role, you’ll help keep our billing operation running smoothly by: Preparing and reviewing accurate customer invoices Managing invoice submissions and customer billing portals Researching and resolving billing discrepancies Tracking invoice disputes, credits, rebills, and adjustments Maintaining accurate customer and billing records Reconciling billing and receivable transactions Supporting reporting, audits, and other AR activities Partnering with Operations, customers, and internal teams to solve problems What We're Looking For: We’re looking for someone who is: Detail-oriented and organized Great at follow-through Comfortable researching and solving discrepancies Professional and customer-focused A strong communicator and team player Able to manage multiple priorities and systems Qualifications include: High school diploma or GED required-Associate degree in Accounting, Business Administration or a related field preferred. Prior billing, accounts receivable, accounting support, or comparable administrative experience Working knowledge of customer invoicing and supporting documentation Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Outlook Experience with transportation, depot, repair, or service billing is a plus!
