Employees may be required to lift or move up to 25 pounds. The role involves sitting, using hands and fingers, reaching with hands and arms, speaking, hearing, and walking regularly. Travel Occasional travel, less than 25% of the time. Some out-of-area or overnight travel may be expected for training or meetings. Compensation BluSky offers a competitive base pay between $15 and $25 per hour and includes a comprehensive benefits package that includes a matching 401(K) plan, health insurance (medical, dental, and vision), paid time off, paid holidays, disability coverage, equipment appropriate to the position, and corporate apparel allowance.
